Lorene Bennett, ABR, ASP, CRS, EPRO - Team Leader

Experience is priceless, and Lorene Bennett brings a lot of it to the table! With over 17 years in the industry, Lorene has established a track record of success. Her commitment to highly personalized service has created a business based almost entirely on past client referrals. Lorene entered the world of Real Estate as a property manager, working with both residential and commercial investors. Nine years later she transitioned into real estate sales and hit the ground running. Lorene is constantly striving to ensure she is a top notch REALTOR and education is an important part to that. She has obtained many designations including CRS, ABR, EPro technology and is currently working on becoming an Accredited Staging Professional.

Her personal business standard became the model for Team Bennett which was formed in 2003. Comprised of Lorene, two Buyer’s Agents, full time client care coordinator & bookkeeper each team member was personally selected by Lorene based on knowledge, commitment and a willingness to provide superior customer service.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Lorene knows there’s nowhere else she’d rather live or raise her children. An outdoors girl at heart, Lorene enjoys hiking, jet skiing, Skiing, camping, travel and attending her children’s’ sports events.

On a regular basis, clients invite Team Bennett into their homes and lives. That she is able to pursue her passion for helping others is both a blessing and privilege Lorene does not take lightly. Like experience, it is priceless.

Kaylee Merritt - Special Projects Coordinator

Kaylee is currently working part-time and handles Special Projects and Marketing for Team Bennett. She has a natural ability to create and has been appreciated for the last 3 years she has been a part of the team. We can count on Kaylee to cover other office duties as needed as she is familar with many aspects of the systems we have in place to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied
